GARNISHMENT, § 26money in joint account not subject to garnishment. Money in a joint account is not subject to garnishment where judgment is against but one of parties in whose name joint account stands.

Appeal from the Circuit Court of Cook county; the Hon. JOHN PRYSTALSKI, Judge, presiding.
