DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by respondent to dismiss an appeal from an order of the Civil Court of the City of New York, Queens County, entered January 27, 2014, on the ground that no appeal lies from an order denying reargument.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is granted and the appeal is dismissed (see Piacentini v Mineola Union Free School Dist., 279 AD2d 513 [2001]; Schumer v Levine, 208 AD2d 605 [1994]).
