Appeal, No. 221, March T., 1970, from order of Court of Common Pleas, Criminal Division, of Allegheny County, Jan. T., 1966, No. 31, in case of Commonwealth of Pennsylvania v. Fred Tedders. Order affirmed.

Petition for post-conviction relief. Before LEWIS, J.

Petition denied. Petitioner appealed.
