Indictments charging defendant with burglary with intent to commit a felony, violation of the Uniform Firearms Act, aggravated robbery, assault and battery, aggravated assault and battery, assault and battery with intent to murder, and carrying firearms without a license. Before GUTOWICZ, J. Appeals, Nos. 1157 to 1159, Oct. T., 1971, from judgment of sentence of Court of Common Pleas, Trial Division, of Philadelphia, Oct. T., 1970, Nos. 773 to 775, inclusive. Submitted December 6, 1971.
