405-06), Willis, Oliver, and Cline make clear that just because records are dated after the ALJ’s decision does not necessarily mean Plaintiff has established “good cause.” The Willis court found the “good cause” issue dispositive, and never reached the issue of whether the evidence was new and material, Willis, 727 F.2d at 554, as did the court in Cline with the exception of dicta in a brief footnote, Cline, 96 F.3d at 149, n.2. Thus, this Court should also find that Plaintiff’s failure to show the required “good cause” dispositive of the issue.
