ORDER

THIS MATTER having come before the Court upon the stipulation of the parties, and the Court having before it the records and files herein, and being otherwise fully advised in the premises, NOW, THEREFORE, it is

ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED that Plaintiff Lois Christensen's claim that she suffered personal injury by her exposure to mold and spores, and contracted a viral condition caused by exposure and mold infestation, is dismissed against Defendant Liberty Mutual Group, d/b/a Liberty Mutual Fire Insurance Company. It is further

ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED that Plaintiffs' claims for emotional pain, suffering, and general damages resulting from bad faith are not dismissed by this order.
