DECISION AND ORDER ON MOTION

Motion for extension of time to perfect appeal.

Motion for permission to proceed as a poor person and to proceed upon the original file of the Workers' Compensation Board.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motions, and no papers having been filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion for an extension of time to perfect the appeal is denied, without costs, and without prejudice to renewal supported by an affidavit setting forth a reasonable excuse for the delay and facts showing merit to the appeal, as required by section 800.12 of this Court's Rules of Practice, and it is further

ORDERED that the motion for permission to proceed as a poor person and to proceed upon the original Board file is denied, without costs, and without prejudice to renewal in the event claimant moves for, and obtains, an extension of time to perfect the appeal.
