We grant certiorari and quash the order under review, based on Respondent's candid and commendable response, that he will not seek discovery of the documents Carnival Corporation asserts are protected by work product privilege. This disposition is without prejudice to Respondent pursuing the matter in the future upon a showing of undue hardship or need.

Certiorari granted.
