Appellant having moved for permission to proceed as a poor person on the appeal taken herein from an order of the Supreme Court entered in the Office of the Clerk of the County of Monroe on November 20, 2013, having applied for an order to show cause, and having moved for other relief,

Now, upon reading and filing the affidavit of Kevin Patrick Brady sworn to December 17, 2013, the statements of Kevin Patrick Brady received December 18, 2013, the notice of motion with proof of service thereof, the proposed order to show cause, and all documents attached thereto, and due deliberation having been had thereon,

It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is denied.
