October 1, 1948.

Motion for appeal from Christian Circuit Court. Appellant was convicted in the Christian circuit court of possessing slot machines in his place of business in Gracey, Kentucky, with the intention of operating them, with the assessment of a fine of $250. His motion for an appeal is overruled and the judgment is affirmed.
