ORDER

On November 3, 2017, we granted the motion to withdraw filed by retained appellate counsel Timothy Mendolia and M&P Law Offices and ordered the trial court to hold a hearing regarding appellate counsel. That same day, William Reagan Wynn filed a notice of appearance.

We VACATE that portion of our November 3rd order, ordering the trial court to hold a hearing.

We DIRECT the Clerk of the Court to list William Reagan Wynn as counsel for appellant in this appeal. All future correspondence shall be sent to William Reagan Wynn, Kearney/Wynn, One Museum Place, 3100 West 7th Street, Suite 420, Fort Worth, TX 76107.

We DIRECT the Clerk to send copies of this order to Judge Everett Young, Presiding Judge, sitting for Judge David Hagerman, 297th Judicial District Court; to William Reagan Wynn; and to the Tarrant County District Attorney's Office.

The record has been filed. Appellant's brief is DUE thirty days from the date of this order.
