Plaintiffs and defendants Singapore Airlines, Ltd. and EVA Airways Corp. (hereinafter collectively referred to as "Defendants"), by and through their respective counsel of record, hereby stipulate as follows:
(1) The hearing on Defendants' Motion for Determination of Applicable Law re Plaintiffs' Recovery for Psychological and Mental Injuries under the Warsaw Convention, currently scheduled for hearing on July 26, 2004, shall be continued to August 30, 2004, at 9:30 a.m. before the Honorable Judge Gary A. Feess;
(2) Defendants' reply brief, which was currently due to be filed and served on July 19, 2004, shall now be filed and served on or before July 27, 2004.
IT IS SO STIPULATED.

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED THAT the hearing on Defendants' Motion for Determination of Applicable Law re Plaintiffs' Recovery for Psychological and Mental Injuries under the Warsaw Convention, previously scheduled for hearing on July 26, 2004, shall be continued to August 30, 2004, at 9:30 a.m. before the Honorable Judge Gary A. Feess.IT IS FURTHER ORDERED THAT Defendants shall have until July 27, 2004 to file and serve their Reply Brief in support of Defendants' Motion for Determination of Applicable Law re Plaintiffs' Recovery for Psychological and Mental Injuries under the Warsaw Convention.
