MEMORANDUM OPINION


On May 8, 2007, the parties filed an agreed motion requesting that we set aside the trial court's judgment, discharge and release any sureties and supersedeas bond, and dismiss all pending claims of appellee. We GRANT the motion, VACATE the trial court's judgment without regard to the merits, and REMAND the case to the trial court for further proceedings. Tex. R. App. P. 42.1(a)(2) 43.2(d).
