Judge Cheng’s Order dismisses all actions in the Coordinated Proceeding with prejudice as to defendants PG&E Corporation and Pacific Gas and Electric Company. Therefore, all claims against PG&E Corporation and Pacific Gas and Electric Company pending in this case have been dismissed with prejudice by Judge Cheng’s Order.
