Long Island Power Authority, APL-2016-0027, Queens Co. Index No. 5341/13, an appeal that will be calendared together with this one. For that reason, and because plaintiffs strongly suspect that the Court neither needs nor wants some 63 pages of redundant legal argument, the Baumann plaintiffs adopt the statements made in the Connolly plaintiffs’ brief and respectfully ask this Court to affirm the order below for the reasons stated therein. 3 Conclusion For the reasons stated in the plaintiffs-respondents’ brief in Connolly v. Long Island Power Authority, APL-2016-00207, Queens Co. Index No. 6341/13, the order below should be affirmed.
