[start of tentative ruling] Plaintiff moves for an order compelling defendant to provide further responses to a second demand to inspect and a third set of special interrogatories. The motion is opposed. Both sides seek monetary sanctions. The motion is granted on the terms stated herein. Defendant is to provide further verified responses, without objection, to special interrogatory nos. 11-13 and requests for production nos. 1, 3-4, 6-8, 10-11 and 15-17 within 21 days. Copies of responsive documents shall be produced concurrent with the further response.
