Judge Kellegrew further discloses that while he was in private practice, he represented a party by the last name of Tagliaferri in a real property dispute who live across the street from the subject property. Judge Kellegrew further states he is familiar with the property but does not know of anyone who has owned the property and has not been back to the property located on Encino in 21 years. 10:41 a.m. Court is in recess.
