The settlement agreement states the participating parties agreed to the estate paying attorney fees of $15,000 to former personal representative's attorney and $40,000 to objector's attorney. This is in addition to the statutory and presumed extraordinary fees that will be requested by Ms. Keefer's attorney. The total value of the estate is $417,691.08, statutory fees would total $11,353.82. The agreed to fees total $55,000.00 before any statutory/extraordinary fees are granted. The Court intends to treat the attorneys fees for Mr. Lester and Mrs. Berlingeri as extraordinary attorneys fees but is concerned that over 13% of the estate being used to pay these fees?
