(hereinafter “Plaintiffs”), by counsel, pursuant to 42 U.S.C. §1988, the Mississippi Litigation Accountability Act, Rule 54(d)(2), and file this their Response in Opposition to Defendants’ Motion for Attorneys’ Fees and Expenses. In support of their Motion, Plaintiffs state the following: 1. Plaintiffs’ claims against all Defendants have held merit from the onset of the instant matter; therefore, Defendants are not entitled to any fees and/or expenses incurred in the defense of this matter. WHEREFORE, PREMISES CONSIDERED, Plaintiffs Joshua Eggleston, Demetric Montgomery, Ethel Jackson, and Sadie McGrew respectfully request that this Court deny Defendants’ Motion for Attorneys’ Fees and Expenses.
