The City issued the owner a citation for un-permitted structures (Code violation 24.02.100) and unlawful occupation in a commercial building (Code violation 24.01 .251 ). You denied occupation so the owner was forced to file an unlawful detainer suit against you. The owner won the suit and then Covid arrived. temporarily stalling your eviction. Your lease expired July 2020 and will not renew. Regardless, we will seek all past due rent. utilities and costs.
