[Doc. No. 13] This Notice should have been served on Plaintiff’s counsel only (in that regard, it was addressed to “All Parties and Their Attorneys of Record” and not to the Court). This Notice should not have been filed with the Court and it was not intended in any way to communicate with the Court or to usurp the Court’s control of its own docket. Defendant and Defendant’s counsel Julia Y. Trankiem sincerely apologize for the inadvertent filing of the Notice. Further, Defendant and Defendant’s counsel will ensure that there are no future violations of this Court’s Standing Order.
