SC-1 00, Item 3. Explanation of money owed continued: The defendant is the selling agent for the property thatI purchased. On January 16th at 12pm, the sellers were supposed to vacate the property we purchased. However, the seller did not vacate the property until January 17th, 7pm. Upon inspection, we realized that the sellers left behind trash in the garage, kitchen and shed, removed 2 light fixtures, 1 mirror, l ceiling fan, 1 outdoor heater and broke a tile in the master bathroom, 1 set of closet doors in the study, 1 closet organizer in the study, 6 closet baskets, 2 wall plates. Due to the move out date being pushed out, our renovation and termite treatment had to be rescheduled resulting in postponingour move out date by 9 days. The total damage calculated was $3,470. In order to avoid litigation, both parties agreed that we will be,compensated $1 ,099 from the sellers and $500 from the defendant. After the the $1 ,099 from the sellers, the defendant has repeatedly made up excuses not to pay the $500 we had earlier agreed to. I am claiming $2,641 in compensation from the defendant, which is the difference between the total damage and the compensation received from the sellers. | declare under penalty of perjury under the laws of the State of California that the foregoing is true and correct.
