Iam also struggling. B',ut when I had to unnecessarily pay for repairs_to_ _ H A _ _‘N_ ‘Pravin/SpeeDee (plantiff), that should have been_free according to the B.A.R, I did not make 7 payments, nor was I allowed to. I had t0 pay in full every time. The judgement is a refund ofthe unnecessary payments I made to Pravin/SpeeDee, therefore I will not agree to a 1 year payment plan. In reality, I need the judgement paid 1n full 1n one payment, however, due to COVID- 19, I am giving Pravin and his business the‘ benefit of the doubt, and would be satisfied with a 3 month payment plan without interest, as I see that as a fair amount of time t0 pay off a $1,710. 11 judgement.
