Civil Action No. 1:15-cv-04444-MHC PLAINTIFFS’ CONSOLIDATED MOTION FOR LEAVE TO FILE DOCUMENTS UNDER SEAL AND MEMORANDUM IN SUPPORT In response to the Court’s Order dated February 25, 2019 (Doc. 191), and in accordance with the Standing Order Regarding Civil Litigation (Doc. 3), Plaintiffs respectfully request that this Court maintain under seal limited portions of two documents (Docs. 164-7 and 164-8), which were previously filed under seal in support of Plaintiffs’ Opposition to Defendants’ Motions for Summary Judgment. Doc. 160-1. Defendants take no position with respect to the relief requested herein. As set forth in the accompanying Memorandum in Support, there is good cause to maintain under seal limited portions of Doc. 164-7 and Doc. 164-8 to protect legitimate privacy interests.
