UGONE Pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 56(a), Defendants Dorco Company Ltd., Pace Shave, Inc., and Dollar Shave Club, Inc. (collectively, “Defendants”) respectfully move for summary judgment that Gillette is not entitled to lost profits damages. In addition, pursuant to Federal Rule of Evidence 702, Defendants respectfully move to exclude the testimony and opinions of Gillette’s damages expert, Dr. Ugone, regarding lost profits and reasonable royalty damages. The grounds for these motions are set forth in Defendants’ Opening Brief in Support of Their Motions for Summary Judgment and to Exclude Opinions Regarding Damages. WHEREFORE, Defendants respectfully request that the Court enter the attached order granting these motions.
