(collectively, “Defendants”) respectfully move to exclude the testimony and opinions of Dr. Daniel Ennis regarding the alleged confidentiality of Gillette’s OW-006 and OW-007 outplant studies and the experimental use exception. The grounds for this motion are set forth in Defendants’ Opening Brief in Support of Their Motion to Exclude Opinions and Testimony of Dr. Daniel Ennis.
