R-°3303 to R-2305, inclusive, CERTIFICATION OF REPRESENTATIVES May 13, 1941 On April 2, 1941, the National Labor Relations Board issued its Decision and Direction of Elections in the above entitled proceed- ings. ' Pursuant to the Direction of Elections , elections by secret ballot were - conducted on April 23 and 24, 1941 , under the direction and supervision of the Regional Director for the Nineteenth Region (Seattle, Washington ). On April 26, 1941, the Regional Director, acting pursuant to Article III, Section 9, of National Labor Rela- tions , Board Rules and Regulations-Series 2, as amended; issued and duly served upon the parties his, Election Report. No objec- tions to the conduct of the ballot or the Election Report have been filed by any of the parties. IT IS HEREBY CERTIFIED that Brotherhood of Locomotive Firemen and Enginemen has been designated and selected by a majority of all firemen, engineers, and hostlers employed on the logging trains of Weyerhaeuser Timber Company, Klamath Falls Branch, Klamath Falls, Oregon, 'exclusive of supervisory employees, as their repre- sentative for the purposes of collective bargaining, and that, pur- suant to the provisions of Section 9 (a) of the National Labor Rela- tions Act, Brotherhood of Locomotive Firemen and Enginemen is the exclusive representative of all such employees for purposes of col- lective bargaining in respect to rates of pay, wages, hours of employ- ment, and other conditions of employment. IT IS HEREBY CERTIFIED that International Association of Machinists, Lodge No. 1473, has been designated and selected by a majority of all employees in the machine shop and all electricians, carmen, mill- wrights, and their helpers, employed by Weyerhaeuser Timber Com- pany, Klamath Falls Branch, Klamath Falls, Oregon, including L. L. Robeson, B. Noel Hanscom, Frank Summers, William Ayers, and William Phillips, but excluding supervisory employees, as their representative for purposes of collective bargaining, and that, pur- suant to the provisions of Section 9 (a) of the National Labor Rela- tions Act, International Association of Machinists, Lodge No. 1473, is the exclusive representative of all such employees for the purposes of collective bargaining in respect to rates of pay, wages, hours of employment, and other conditions of employment.
