Pursuant to the Direction of Election, an election by secret-ballot was conducted on November 18, 1941, under the direction and supervision of the Regional Director for the Twenty-second Region (Denver, Colorado). On November 21, 1941, the Regional Director, acting pur- suant to Article III, Section 9, of National Labor Relations Board Rules and Regulations-Series 2, as amended, issued and duly served upon the parties an Election Report on the ballot. No objections to the conduct of the ballot or the Election Report have been filed by any of the parties. B., No. 93 556 THE, WESTERN UNION TELEGRAPH COMPANY 557 the American Federation of Labor, has been designated and selected by a' majority of all employees at the Denver, Colorado, office of The Western Union Telegraph Company, excluding temporary employees, traffic managers, assistant chief operators, chief clerk in traffic depart- ment, testing and regulating chief, city superintendent, chief clerk in' commercial department, city commercial manager, delivery manager, sales manager, manager of revenue accounting center, branch-office supervisor, and plant-department employees, as their representative for the purposes of collective bargaining, and that pursuant to Sec- tion 9 (a) of the Act, Denver Local #31, Western Union System Divi- sion #2, Commercial Telegraphers' Union, affiliated with the Amer- ican Federation of Labor, is the exclusive representative of all such employees for the purposes of collective bargaining in,respect to rates of pay, wages, hours of employment, and other conditions of employ- ment.
