The Board, at the request of the Regional Director, hereby amends the Direction of Election, by striking therefrom the words "thirty (30) days" and substituting therefor the words "fifty (50) days." SAME T1TLE] SUPPLEMENTAL DECISION AND ORDER April 9, 1941 On February •12, 1941, the National Labor-Relations Borrd,,,hereln- called the Board, issued a Decision and Direction of Election 1 in this proceeding. On March 10, 1941, the Board issued its Amend- ment to Direction of Election. Pursuant to the Direction of Election as amended, an election by secret ballot was conducted on' March 14, 17, and 19, 1941, by the Regional Director for the Twenty-second Region (Denver, Colorado). On March 22, 1941, the Regional Di- rector, acting pursuant to Article III, Section 9, of National Labor Relations Board Rules and Regulations-Series 2, as amended, issued and duly served upon the parties an Election Report. No objections to the conduct of the ballot or to the Election Report have been, filed by any of the parties. 129N L.R B 541 30 N L R . The results of the election show that no collective bargaining repre- sentative has been selected by a majority of the employees of the Com- pany in the unit heretofore found to be appropriate for collective bargaining. We will, therefore, dismiss the petition for investigation and certification of representatives of employees of the Company.
