ORDER PERMITTING WITHDRAWAL OF PETITION
June 26, 1940
The Board, on November 4, 1937, having issued a Decision, Order,
and Direction of Elections 1 in Cases Nos. R-205 and C-243, a stipu-
lation having been entered into between S. Blechman & Sons, Inc., and'
a representative of, the National Labor. Relations Board, the Board,
by order duly made, having approved'the said stipulation and made
it a part of the record, and having severed Cases Nos. 0-243 and
R-205, and United Wholesale &- Warehouse Employees of New York,
by telegram dated June 18, 1940, having requested permission to
withdraw the petition filed in Case No. R-205, and the Board having
duly considered the matter,
IT IS HEREBY' ORDERED that the request for permission to ,withdraw
die petition filed in Case No. R-205 be, and it hereby is, granted,
and that Case No. R-205 be, and it hereby is, closed.
