DECISION AND DIRECTION
The National Labor Relations Board has considered determinative challenges in an
election held on August 29, 2012, and the Regional Director’s report recommending disposition
of them. The election was conducted pursuant to a Stipulated Election Agreement. The tally of
ballots shows 0 for and 0 against the Petitioner, with 2 determinative challenged ballots.
The Board has reviewed the record in light of the exceptions and briefs and has adopted
the Regional Director’s findings and recommendations.

DIRECTION
IT IS DIRECTED that the Regional Director for Region 20 shall, within 14 days from the
date of this Decision and Direction, open and count the ballots of Janell Darroch and Jon Mott.
The Regional Director shall serve on the parties a revised tally of ballots and take further
appropriate action based on the revised tally.
