DECISION AND ORDER
The National Labor Relations Board has considered objections in an election held
August 21, 2015, and the hearing officer's report recommending disposition of them. The
election was conducted pursuant to a Stipulated Election Agreement. The tally of ballots shows
136 ballots cast for the Union, and 139 ballots cast against the participating labor organization.
There was 1 void ballot and 11 challenged ballots, a sufficient number to affect the results.1
No exceptions have been filed to the hearing officer's report within the time provided.
Accordingly, the Board adopts the hearing officer's findings and recommendations.

The hearing officer recommended that the parties’ Stipulation, Waiver and Agreement to Set Aside
Challenged Ballots be approved and that a revised Tally of Ballots issue.
ORDER
IT IS ORDERED that this proceeding is remanded to the Regional Director for Region 16
for further appropriate action consistent with the hearing officer’s report.
