1 In adopting the Regional Director's recommendation to exclude the Employer's interns from the unit, we
rely only on his finding that the interns are temporary employees. We find it unnecessary to pass on the
Regional Director's findings that the interns are paid less, receive fewer benefits, are not eligible for raises,
are reimbursed differently, and rotate through different departments.
