Case No. R-2619 SUPPLEMENTAL DECISION AND CERTIFICATION OF REPRESENTATIVES July 24, 1941 On June 11, 1941, the National Labor Relations Board issued its Decision and Direction of Elections in the above-entitled proceeding.,, Pursuant to the Direction of Elections, elections by secret ballot were conducted on June 20, 1941, under the direction and super- vision of the Regional Director for the Second Region (New York City). On June 21, 1941, the Regional Director, acting pursuant to Article III, Section 9, of National, Labor Relations Board Rules and Regulations-Series 2, as amended, issued and duly served upon the parties an Election Report. B., No. 138. 779 780 DECISIONS OF NATIONAL LABOR RELATIONS BOARD Objections to the conduct of the elections and to the Election Report were filed by District Council of the City of New York and Vicinity, United Brotherhood of Carpenters and Joiners of America. affiliated with the American Federation of Labor, herein called the Council. On July 14, 1941, the Regional Director issued a Report on Objections, copies of which were served on all parties: The Board has considered the objections filed by Council and the Regional Director's report thereon and finds that the objections raise no substantial or material issue with respect to the conduct of the elections or the Election Report. The objections are hereby overruled.
