KuTz COMPANY and UNrrEn HATTERS, CAP & MILLINERY WORKERS INTERNATIONAL UNION Case No. R-1657 CERTIFICATION OF REPRESENTATIVES February 19, 1940 On January 23, 1940, the National Labor Relations Board, herein called the Board, issued a Decision and Direction of Election in the above-entitled proceedings., Pursuant to the Direction of Election, an election by secret ballot was conducted on January 30, 1940, under the direction and supervision of the Regional Director for the Tenth Region (Atlanta, Georgia). On February 2, 1940, the Regional Di- rector, acting pursuant to Article III, Section 9, of National Labor Relations Board Rules and Regulations-Series 2, as amended, issued an Election Report, copies of which were duly served on the parties. No objections to the conduct of the ballot or the Election Report have been filed by any of the parties. Kutz Company, Atlanta, Georgia, including E.. 119 N. L. R. B. 773. 20 N. L. R. B., No. 55. 563 564 DECISIONS OF NATIONAL LABOR RELATIONS BOARD. Williamson and all blockers, trimmers, operators , and cutters, but excluding Pearl Askew , M. Pearce, M. Heyser, W. Preston , Rudolph Schroetnig , C. F.
