DECISION AND CERTIFICATION OF REPRESENTATIVE
The National Labor Relations Board has considered objections to an election held
September 5, 2014, and the hearing officer's report recommending disposition of them. The
election was conducted pursuant to a Stipulated Election Agreement. The tally of ballots shows
85 ballots cast for, and 54 ballots cast against the Petitioner, with 0 void ballots and 1
challenged ballot, an insufficient number to affect the results.
No exceptions have been filed to the hearing officer's report within the time provided.
Accordingly, the Board adopts the hearing officer's findings and recommendations, and finds
that a certification of representative should be issued.1

1 The Hearing Officer recommended that the Employer’s objections be overruled in their entirety.
CERTIFICATION OF REPRESENTATIVE
IT IS CERTIFIED that a majority of the valid ballots have been cast for California
Teamsters Public, Professional & Medical Employees Union, Local 911, International
Brotherhood of Teamsters, Chauffeurs & Warehousemen of the United States and Canada and
that it is the exclusive collective-bargaining representative of the employees in the following
appropriate unit:
All full-time and regular part-time cashiers, dispatchers, shuttle drivers, valets,
car washers, and maintenance employees employed by the Employer at its
parking garages, located at 9700 Bellanca Avenue, Los Angeles, CA 90045,
9600 South Sepulveda Boulevard, Los Angeles, CA 90045 and 6151 Century
Boulevard, Los Angeles, CA 90045.
