R-2095 to R-8097 inclusive SUPPLEMENTAL DECISION AND CERTIFICATION OF REPRESENTATIVES April 14, 1941 On February 13, 1941 , the National Labor Relations Board, herein called the Board, issued its Decision and Direction of Elections in the, above-entitled proceedings .' Pursuant to the Direction of Elections, elections by secret ballot were conducted on March 10 and 11, 1941, under the direction and supervision of the Regional Director for the. Nineteenth Region (Seattle, Washington ). On March 17, 1941, the Regional Director , acting pursuant to Article III, Section 9, of National Labor Relations Board Rules and Regulations-Series 2, as amended, issued and duly served upon the parties an Election Report. A. M. On March 28, 1941, the Regional Director issued his Report on Objections to Election Report wherein he referred the objections of the I. A. M. to the Board for its consideration. The ,objections of the I. A. M. are directed to the unit found appropriate in the original Decision and Direction of Elections and we find for the reasons therein stated that these objections are without merit. The objections raise no substantial or material issues with respect to the conduct of the elections and are hereby overruled. CERTIFICATION OF REPRESENTATIVES By virtue of and pursuant to the power vested in the National Labor Relations Board by Section 9 (c) of the National Labor Relations Act, 49 Stat. 449, and pursuant to Article III, Sections '8 and 9, of National Labor Relations Board Rules and Regulations-Series 2, as amended, IT IS HEREBY CERTIFIED that Boommen and Rafters; Local Union No. 107, chartered by the International Woodworkers of America, affiliated with the Congress of Industrial Organizations, has been designated and selected by a majority of all boommen, rafters, and slipmen em- ployed by the Long-Bell Lumber Company at its Longview, Wash- ington, division, excluding shingle-mill slipmen and the foreman of the log-pond department, as their representative for the purposes of,col- lective bargaining, and that pursuant to Section 9 (a) of the Act, Boommen and Rafters, Local Union No. 107, chartered by the Inter- national Woodworkers of America, affiliated with the Congress. of Industrial Organizations, is the exclusive representative of all such LONG-BELL LUMBER COMPANY 1195 employees for the purposes of collective bargaining in respect to rates of pay, wages, hours, of employment, and other conditions of employment. IT IS HEREBY CERTIFIED that International Woodworkers of America, Local 36, affiliated with the Congress of Industrial Organizations, has been designated and selected by a majority of all production and maintenance employees employed by the Long-Bell Lumber Company at its Longview, Washington, division, excluding supervisory, clerical, office, and shingle-mill employees, and boommen, rafters, and slipmen, as their representative for the purposes of collective bargaining, and that, pursuant to Section 9 (a) of the Act, International Woodworkers of America, Local 36, affiliated with the Congress of Industrial Or- ganizations, is the exclusive representative of all such employees for the purposes of collective bargaining in respect to rates of pay, wages, 'hours of employment, and other conditions of employment.
