Case No. R-4122, CERTIFICATION OF REPRESENTATIVES October 20, 1942 On August 31, 1942, the National Labor Relations Board issued a Decision and Direction of Election in the above-entitled proceeding.' Pursuant to the Direction of Election an election by secret ballot was conducted on September 15 and 16, 1942, under the direction and supervision of the Regional Director for the Nineteenth Region (Seattle, Washington). On September 18, 1942, the Regional Direc- tor, acting pursuant to Article III, Section 9, of National Labor Rela- tions Board Rules and Regulations-Series 2, as amended, issued and duly served upon the parties an Election Report. No objections to the conduct of the ballot or the Election Report have been filed by any of the parties. Washington, including quarry, power house,- and Spokane packing employees, but excluding clerical, office, supervisory, and technicahemployees, as their-representative for the purposes -of-collec- tive bargaining, and that, pursuant to Section 9 (a) of the-Act, Metal- ine Falls Cement Workers Union, Local 602, International Union of 'Mine, Mill & Smelter Workers, C. I. 0. is the exclusive representative of all such-employees for the purposes of collective bargaining with respect to rates of pay, wages, hours of employment, and other conditions of employment.
