On March 13, 1941, the Regional Di- rector, acting pursuant to Article III, Section 9, of National Labor Relations Board Rules and Regulations-Series 2, as amended, issued and duly served upon the parties an Election Report on the ballot. No objections to the conduct of the ballot or the Election Report have been filed by any of the parties. B, No 106. 688 KELSEY HAYES WHEEL COMPANY 689 eration of Labor, has been designated and selected by a majority of all hourly or piece-rated employees at the_Jackson plant of Kelsey Hayes Wheel Company, Jackson, Michigan, including maintenance, shipping and receiving room, and boiler-room employees, inspectors, and firemen, but excluding foremen, office employees, and watchmen, as their representative for the purposes of collective bargaining, and that, pursuant to Section 9 (a) of the Act, Local 670, International Union, United Automobile Workers of America, affiliated with the American Federation of Labor, is the exclusive representative of all such employees for the purposes of collective bargaining in respect to rates of pay, wages, hours of employment, and other conditions of employment.
