ORDER
The Motion of the National Right to Work Legal Defense Foundation For Leave to
File a Brief Amicus Curiae is granted.1 The parties may file a response to the amicus
brief. The responses are due in Washington, D.C. on or before June 18, 2018. Replies
to the responses will not be accepted.

1 The Employer filed a reply to the Intervenor’s opposition to the National Right to Work Legal Defense
Foundation’s Motion for Leave to File Amicus Curiae. In its reply, the Employer requests, inter alia, that
the Board strike the Intervenor’s opposition because it raises new arguments that are extraneous to the
issue of granting amicus status. In granting the Foundation’s motion, we do not rely on those portions of
the Intervenor’s opposition not directly related to the amicus issue. Accordingly, we find it unnecessary to
further address the Employer’s motion to strike.
