ORDER PERMITTING WITHDRAWAL OF PETITION
March 27, 1940
The Board, on June 14, 1938, having issued a Decision, Order,
and Certification of Representatives and Direction of Election in the
above-entitled cases,' and the said Direction of Election having been
made to provide that an election be conducted "at such time as the
Board shall in the future direct", and, thereafter, on March 20, 1940,
Textile'Workers Union of America having requested' permission to
withdraw the petition duly filed in Case No. R-156, and the Board
being advised in the premises and having duly considered the matter,
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the request of Textile Workers Union of
America for permission to withdraw the petition duly filed in
Case No. R-156 be, and it hereby is, granted, and that Case No. R-156
be, and it hereby is, closed.
