AMENDMENT TO DECISION AND ORDER
February 29, 1940
On October 18, 1939, the National Labor Relations Board, herein
called the Board, issued a Decision and Order in the above-entitled
case.' On February 15, 1940, the Board gave notice that on Febru-
ary 23, 1940; or as soon thereafter as convenient, unless sufficient
cause to the contrary had been shown, it would amend its Decision
and Order in certain respects, set forth below. No sufficient cause
to the contrary having been shown, the Board hereby amends its
,Decision and Order as follows :
(1) By striking from the first sentence of the seventh paragraph 2
of Section III A 1 of the Findings of Fact the word and figures,
"September 1937" and substituting therefor the word and figures
"September 1936."
(2) By striking from the second sentence of the seventh para-
graph 2 of Section III A 1 of the Findings of Fact the word and
figures "September 3, 1937" and. substituting therefor the :word and
figures "September 3, 1936."
(3) By striking from the fourth sentence of the ninth paragraph'
of Section III A 1 of the Findings of Fact the word and figures
"September 10, 1937" and substituting therefor the word and figures
"September 10, 1936."
(4) By striking from the fifth sentence of the ninth paragraph'
of Section III A 1 of the Findings of Fact the word and figures
"September 18, 1937" and substituting therefor the word and figures
"September 18, 1936." '
MR. WILLIAM M. LEISERSON took no part in the consideration of
the above Amendment to Decision and Order.
