ORDER AND AMENDMENT' TO CERTIFICATION OF
REPRESENTATIVES
March 31, 1941
On December 10, 1940, the National Labor Relations Board; herein
called the Board, issued a Decision and Direction of Election in the
above-entitled proceeding. On January 21, 1941, the National Labor
Relations Board issued a Certification of Representatives.2 On March
25, 1941, International Union_ of United Automobile Workers of
America (C. I. 0.), herein called the U. A. W., and National Associa-
tion of Die Casting Workers, Local 101, herein called Local 101, filed
a stipulation with the Board stating that by a vote of its members
the U. A. W. had transferred its affiliation to Local 101, and request-
ing that the Certification of Representatives be amended in accord-',
ante with said allegation. On 'the said day, Harvill Aircraft Die'
Casting Corporation, herein called the Company, stated that, subject
to the approval of the Board, it consented to the change of affiliation
set out above.
Said stipulation and Company's consent having been duly consid-
ered by the Board and due deliberation having been had thereon,
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the Certification of Representatives herein
be, and the same hereby is, amended by striking therefrom the words
"International Union of United Automobile Workers of America,
Local No. 683, affiliated with the Congress of Industrial, Organiza-
tions.",wherever said words appear therein, and substituting therefor
the words "National Association'of Die Casting Workers, Local 101."'
