Case No. R-2054 CERTIFICATION OF REPRESENTATIVES May 1.,1941 On February 17, 1941, the National Labor Relations, Board, herein called the Board, issued a Decision and Direction of Election in the above-entitled proceeding.' Pursuant to the Direction of Election, an election by secret ballot was conducted on March 16. 17, 20, 24, 25, and 28, and April 1, 2, and 11, 1941, under the direction and super- vision of the Regional Director for the Second Region (New York City). On April 25, 1941, the Regional Director, acting pursuant to Article III, Section 9, of National Labor Relations Board Rules and Regulations-Series 2, as amended, issued and duly served upon the parties an Election Report on the ballot. No objections to the conduct of the ballot or the Election Report have been filed by any of the parties. B., No. 132. 782 FARR SPINNING & OPERATING COMPANY, INC. 783 IT Is HEREBY CERTIFIED that Commercial Telegraphers' Union, Ma- rine Division; affiliated with the American Federation of Labor, has been designated and selected by the majority of all radio telegraphers and radio operators who are employed on vessels owned by Farr Spin- ning & Operating Company, Inc., as their representative for the purposes of collective bargaining, and that, pursuant to Section 9 (a) of the Act, Commercial Telegraphers' Union, Marine Division, affiliated with the American Federation of Labor, is the exclusive representative of all such employees for the purposes of collective bargaining in respect to rates of pay, wages, hours of employment, and other conditions of employment. 1+ Copy with citationCopy as parenthetical citation
