A petition having been duly filed by Quarry Workers International
Union of North America, Local No. 266, on May 28, 1938, request-
ing an investigation and certification of representatives of the em-
ployees of the above-named Company,' and a request for permission
to withdraw said petition having been made by the petitioner, and
due consideration having been given thereto,
IT IS HEREBY OEDERFV that the request of the petitioner for permis-
sion to withdraw its petition be, and it hereby is, granted, and that
the aforesaid,case be, and it hereby is, closed.
