The Board, on August 1, 1939, having issued a Decision, Order,
and Direction of Election 1 in the above-entitled cases, and, there-
after, International Association of Machinists having filed a request
to withdraw Case No. R-987, and the Board having duly considered
the matter,
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the request of the petitioner for permis-
sion to withdraw its petition filed in Case No. R-987 be, and it hereby
is, granted, and that Case No. R-987 be, and it hereby is, closed.
