On November 19, 1941, the National Labor Relations Board issued.
its Decision and Direction of Election in the above -entitled , proceed-
ing.' Pursuant to the Direction of Election , an election , by secret,
ballot was conducted on December 10, 1941, under the direction and
supervision of the Acting Regional Director for the Sixth Region
(Pittsburgh , Pennsylvania ). On December 12, 1941 , the Acting Re-
gional Director , acting pursuant to Article III, Section 9, of National
Labor Relations Board Rules and Regulations-Series 2, as amended,
issued an Election Report, copies of which were duly served upon the
parties. No objections to the conduct of the ballot or to the Election
Report were filed by either of the parties.
As to the balloting and its results, the Acting Regional Director
reported as follows :

a majority of all employees of Chrysler Pittsburgh Company, Inc.,
Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, including the employees in the new car
handling department, but excluding executives, supervisors, foremen,
the assistant foreman in the service department, the working foremen
in the paint and body shop and in the parts department, new- and
used-car salesmen, parts salesmen, service salesmen, counter-sales
clerks, employees in the wholesale department, the plant timekeeper,
the shop timekeeper, regular watchmen, doormen, order-desk clerks,
the parts-claims clerk, the parts-claims manager, the shop clerk, the
service-department clerk, and general office employees, as their repre-
sentative for the purposes of collective bargaining and that, pursuant
to Section 9 (a) of the Act, United Automobile Workers of Amer-
ica, affiliated with the C. I. 0., is the exclusive representative of all
such employees for the purposes of collective bargaining with. re-
spect to rates of pay,' wages, hours of employment, and other con-
ditions of employment.
