Case No. R-0569 CERTIFICATION OF REPRESENTATIVES July 29, 1941 - On June 9,1941,the National Labor Relations Board issued its Decision and Direction of Election in the above-entitled proceeding.' Pursuant to the Direction of Election, an election by secret ballot was conducted on July 9, 1941, under the direction and supervision of the Regional Director for the Seventh Region (Detroit, Michigan). On July 11, 1941, the Regional Director, acting pursuant to Article III, Section 9, of National Labor Relations Board Rules and Regulations-Series 2, as amended, issued and duly served upon the parties an Election Report on the ballot. No objections to the conduct of the ballot or the Elec- tion Report have been filed by any of the parties. B., No 161. 856 CAMPBELL, WYATT & CANNON FOUNDRY CO. 857 dustrial Organizations, has been designated and selected by a majority of all production and maintenance employees of Campbell, Wyant & Cannon Foundry Co., Muskegon Heights, Michigan, excluding super- intendents, foremen, assistant foremen, watchmen, plant-protection employees, office and factory clerical employees, and supervisory em- ployees with power to hire or discharge, as their representative for the purposes of collective bargaining, and that, pursuant to Section 9 (a) of the Act, Local 539, International Union, United Automobile Workers of America, affiliated with the Congress of Industrial Or- ganizations, is the exclusive representative of all such employees for the purposes of collective bargaining with respect to rates of pay, wages, hours of employment, and other conditions of employment.
