R-2979 and R-2980 respectively CERTIFICATIONS OF REPRESENTATIVES December 17, 1941 On November 6, 1941 , the National Labor Relations Board issued a Decision and Direction of Elections in the above-entitled proceed- ings.) Pursuant to the Direction of Elections, - elections by secret ballot were conducted on December 1 and 3, 1941, under the direction and supervision of the Regional Director for the First Region (Bos- ton, Massachusetts ). On December 6, 1941, the Regional Director, acting pursuant to Article III, Section 9, of National Labor Rela- tions Board Rules and Regulations-Series `2, as' amended , issued' and duly served upon the parties an Election Report on the ballots. No objections to the conduct of the ballots or the Election Report have been filed by any of the parties. As to the balloting and its results among employees of Border City Mfg. Co., excluding shipping, and receiving employees, executives,, supervisory employees, and office and clerical employees,, as their representative for the purposes of collective bargaining, and that, pursuant to Section 9 (a) of the Act, Textile Workers Union of America, affiliated with the Congress of Industrial Organizations, is the exclusive, representative of all such employees for the purposes of collective bargaining in respect to rates of pay, wages, hours of employment, and other conditions of employment; and IT IS HEREBY CERTIFIED that Textile Workers Union of America, affiliated with the Congress of Industrial Organizations, has been designated and selected by a majority of all production and main- tenance employees of Richard Borden Mfg. -Co., excluding shipping and receiving employees, executives, supervisory employees, and office and clerical employees, as their representative for the purposes of collective bargaining, and that, pursuant to Section 9 (a) of the Act, Textile Workers Union of America, affiliated with the Congress of Industrial Organizations, is the exclusive representative of all such employees for the purposes of collective bargaining in respect to rates of pay, wages, hours of employment, and other conditions of employment.
