Act, having been filed in the above-entitled case, a complaint thereon,
dated April 3, 1939, having been issued, a hearing having been duly
held before a Trial Examiner duly designated, the Board, on March
26, 1940, having issued its Decision and Order,, and, thereafter, having
duly considered the matter,
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the said Decision and Order, dated
March 26, 1940, be, and it hereby is, vacated; and
IT Is FURTHER ORDERED that the said complaint, dated April 3, 1939,
be, and it hereby is, dismissed.
